CEYLON: A Public Graveside Services for Daryl Lee Morris, 72, of Ceylon, Minnesota will be 2:00 p.m.
Saturday, June 14, 2025 at Lake Belt Cemetery in rural Ceylon, Minnesota.
Daryl passed away on Tuesday evening, May 20, 2025 at Lakeview Methodist Health Care Center in Fairmont,
Minnesota. The Kramer Family Funeral Home of Sherburn, Trimont and Welcome, Minnesota are in charge of
Daryl’s arrangements.

Daryl Lee Morris was born on February 27, 1953 to James and Arloine (Plath) Morris in Fairmont, Minnesota. He
received his education in Ceylon Schools later graduating with the class of 1972. Daryl then attended Pipestone
Vocational School for meat cutting. Daryl owned and operated the Corner Store in Ceylon for several years.
He is survived by his brother, Ron (Jean) Morris of Ceylon; sister, Jody Scott of Ceylon; sister-in-law, Karen Morris
of rural Trimont, Minnesota; nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews and other relatives.
Daryl was preceded in death by his grandparents; parents, James and Arloine “Toots” Morris; brothers, Roger and
Jerry Morris; great nephew, Wesley J. Scott and other relatives.
